# Terms & Conditions

* Vendors must have the API credits to keep the API Functional.
* A staging environment would be provided for development. 
* Vendors need to have the Active subscription of eVitalRx with Capsule Plan.
* Taxes as applicable – 18% GST
* Payment Terms: All payment needs to be paid in advance.
